• If you select "Designated Pickup Person" for your delivery method your order will be available through Darcy or Steve Rex.
  • After orders are complete, these orders will be available through your designated pickup person. Please reach out to Darcy or Steve Rex to arrange pickup or delivery of your order.
• If you select "In Store Pickup" for your delivery method you will be responsible for picking up your own order at Carpy's Print Co.
  • In order to pick up an order from our shop you must have the order number that you're picking up. Each person who orders will receive a confirmation email that contains their order number.
• If you select "Shipping" for your delivery method you are responsible for entering a valid shipping address during checkout.

*Due to Supply Chain disruptions, inventory and availability is subject to change and items may need to be substituted with another brand. This may also cause delays when processing.

• Orders will ONLY be accepted through this online store. No in person or call-in orders will be accepted
• In order to process all orders, there will need to be a minimum of 24 screen printed items ordered. If we do not meet that minimum, we will issue a refund for your order at the time of the online stores closing.

• We will hold/store orders for up to 60 days after the completion date. If an order has not been picked up within 60 days from receiving a completion notification your order will not be available for pickup, no matter the payment status.

Color Accuracy:

• While we strive for color accuracy and high-quality printing, the colors on the final printed product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen or in design mock-ups. Factors like screen settings, lighting, and fabric composition can affect color perception.

Care Instructions:

• To maintain the quality and longevity of your printed item, please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase. Improper care may lead to fading or damage over time.
  • WASHING: – Turn shirt inside out. – Use cold water & wash with similar colors. – Wash on gentle setting.
  • DRYING: – Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
  • IRONING: – If ironing is necessary, make sure to turn the garment inside out.
  • DO NOT: – Do not use bleach or Fabric Softeners

Delivery Times:

• While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do NOT accept returns and exchanges for printed garments. If you believe your item is defective by no fault of your own, please contact our customer service team (sales@carpys.com) within 14 days of receiving your order.
